Gymnasts can join our Competitive Level 5 section by trial or selection only.

These classes work towards the Saltire Team Gymnastics Level 5 Award Scheme and prepare the gymnasts for Teamgym competitions.

At this level, gymnasts compete in Level 5 Teamgym Competitions locally and nationally throughout the year

​

Classes are 2 - 3 hours long and gymnasts are required to attend a minimum of 2 classes per week.

​

Classes take place throughout the week at Saltires Facility and at Meadowmill Sports Centre. 

​

Classes run over 48 weeks of the year and fees are dependant on hours training.
